PARK-KIT Guidance System
The Park-Kit guidance system is a revolutionary solution for parking management.
With high visibility guidance indicators, our system provides accurate information about parking availability; reducing customer frustration and wasted time. But, the highlight of our system is its unique ability to recognize drivers and to send them messages about where they parked and how much they paid during their parking session.
Eight LED indicator colours and six cameras per light, 3 on either side of the driving aisle:

· Up to six tiny cameras scan up to 6 parking spaces every second.
· For regular parking spaces, the indicator is GREEN if one or more spaces is available.
· For handicapped parking spaces, the indicator is MAUVE, if one or more spaces is available.
· For electric vehicle parking spaces, the indicator is BLUE, if one or more spaces is available.
· For the exclusive VIP/EV area, the indicator colour will be GOLD.
· For all of the above, the indicator will turn RED if none of the 6 parking spaces are available.
· The colour of THE INDICATORS is easily changed at any time with a handheld device.

On-board mini-quad computer with huge processing power:
· A universal WIFI system instantly relays communications between lights.
· This WIFI enables parking clients access to WIFI in the deepest levels of an underground garage.
· A cell phone modem enables clients access to their phones everywhere in Park-Kit garages.
· Tiny cameras connected to the computer recognize full or empty parking spaces.
· An LPR (license plate recognition) program accurately “READS” all North American plates.
· Each light signals all the others, on the same level, and can easily be linked into groups.
· For States and Provinces with no front plates, cameras 'READ' the RFID windshield sticker.

LED Lighting Control
· An infra-red motion detector detects movement and dims the lights to their pre-programmed level.
· Any number of lights in any number of aisles can be chained together for dimming.
· Side mounted lights can cover a wider area eliminating the need for extra lights above cars.
· No over-vehicle light needed, reducing the lights by half.

RFID Tags & Kiosks
· Upon entry or exit our Kiosks 'READ’ the RFID stickers on the windshields of vehicles.
· The RFID reader records the client’s entry/exit time and sends it to our server.
· Our app software confirms when the customer has arrived or left and sends a message.
· The app automatically charges the customer’s credit/debit card upon leaving the lot.
· RFID tags can be purchased for $1.00 at both the entry and exit kiosks.
· The Customer App can be downloaded from our QR code for the Apple and Android stores.
