We, the Park-Kit developers, have known from the offset that this technology would lead to many important and fruitful partnerships. It is our aim to give owners and management to tools to maximize the profitability in the parking garages they have entrusted us to install our Park-Kit equipment in. Here is a list of advantages of the Park -Kit system.

Owners & Managers are always in control

A set of software and control screens through which owners and managers can easily access and control every detail of their garages, on-site or remotely, and either singly or in multiples.

These screens, with the architectural layout of each floor of each garage, identify every parking space and show which Park-Kit member or one-time customer is parked in which space.

Every parking space is identified by a colored circle with a colored bulls-eye in the center, the outer colour will change from green to red to signify if the space is empty or occupied.

The color of the inner circle signifies whether the space is identified as REGULAR, ELECTRIC VEHICLE or HANDICAPED.

An outer, yellow halo ring appears around the parking space identifier when there is a violation and the manager is immediately informed so they can react.
There are 4 types of violations.
• When vehicles not identified as HANDICAPPED parks in a handicapped space.
• When a vehicle not identified as ELECTRIC is parked in an electric charging space.
• When a vehicle identified as an EMPLOYEE’S parks outside their designated area.
• When a vehicle identified as a LONG-TERM PARKER parks outside their designated area.

Manage your parking more efficiently

EMPLOYEES must have the Park-Kit app and a RFID windshield sticker. They must register with the manager for free access to the lot then park in a remote area, as designated by the manager.

LONG-TERM PARKERS must have the Park-Kit app and a RFID windshield sticker. They must register with the manager for free access to the lot and pay a monthly fee based on:

The highest rate for 24/7 parkers who will be assigned a designated space

A reduced rate for 6AM to 6PM – parkers who work 5 days per week

A further reduction to 6AM to 6PM flex parkers who work 2 or 3 days per week.

Each category of LONG-TERM PARKERS is assigned an area and their hours and days of use is configured into Park-Kit’s program. A specialized indicator shows when the space is available.

Available spaces on evenings, off-days, and weekends can be rented for special events etc. rather than having them locked in 24/7 as NOT AVAILBLE, as per the traditional rental model.
